In January 2004 the company K.P.W. Construction Ltd. Co. ( formally known as K.C.R. Engineering & Construction Ltd. Co. ) was founded by Group Managing Director – Mr Chanta Suvannarat, a Mechanical Engineer with huge experience in the Petrochemical & Construction Business.

Later in 2004 K.P.W. Construction Ltd. Co. incorporated C.T.S. Craft Training & Testing Center which now operates as an interview, assessment and testing centre for both K.P.W. Construction Ltd. Co. and K.P.W. International Manpower Supply & Service Ltd. Co.

In 2007 with the increasing number of international clients and projects, Mr Chanta Suvannarat acknowledged the demand for international manpower services was rapidly increasing and wanted to offer K.P.W. clients a manpower solution that would be both productive and cost-efficient. K.P.W. Management Board decided to create a sister company that would solely focus on the supply of international manpower to both existing and new clients.

As a result, the company K.P.W. International Manpower Supply & Service Ltd. Co. was founded in January 2008. Since then several international projects have been transferred to K.P.W. this makes us one of the leading Oil, Gas, Power and industrial Construction manpower recruitment and supply agencies in Thailand.

In fact, K.P.W. International Manpower Supply & Service Ltd. Co. has been ranked among the first ten THAI recruitment agencies.

The three companies, including C.T.S. Craft Training & Testing Center, are located in Sriracha (Chonburi Province) which is the heart of Thailand’s heavy industrial zone. Petrochemical Plants and Oil & Gas Installations are constructed here for national and overseas clients. This industry attracts qualified technical staff from all over Thailand which we select carefully for different projects on demand.
